Mental Health Continuum

AASP, 2021

This continuum represents the natural emotional and behavioral ups and downs we all experience. In the Sport and Performance Psychology wing of Collaborative Minds, I guide athletes who are already thriving in everyday life to tap into their full potential—shifting smoothly into the excelling zone when it’s time to perform. 

I also work with athletes who feel stuck in survival mode—after an injury, major transition, or simply the grind of competing at a high level. Our work focuses on restoring that sense of control and confidence, so they can move from surviving to thriving—and ultimately perform at their best again.

Process & Fees

Sessions are typically 50-minutes. All services currently offered via secure HIPAA compliant virtual platform. In person sessions could be an option depending on client's home location.

Getting Started:​

  • Step 1: Free 15-minute phone consultation to assess fit

Fees are discussed during phone consultation and revisited in first session. Note, services are primarily self-pay as there is limited insurance coverage for mental performance coaching. Please note that the fees may be subject to periodic review and be adjusted at provider's discretion.​ 

  • Step 2: Initial session(s) to set goals and start collaborating on tools

Progress & Completion:​​​​

  • Step 3: Sessions with ongoing progress tracking and plan adjustments

  • Step 4: Graduate with plan to return as needed and/or referrals provided if needed​
