Dr. Kirsten Allen
Sport & Rehabilitation Psychologist | Certified Mental Performance Consultant | Board-Certified Rehabilitation Psychologist
I’m a psychologist, former collegiate swimmer, and lifelong learner passionate about helping high performers live fuller, more aligned lives—on and off the field.
Having grown up across the U.S. and abroad, I was shaped by diverse cultures and a love for movement. Swimming was my anchor early on, teaching me the deep connection between mind and body. These days, I live in the Southeast with a slower rhythm—finding joy in nature, books, good coffee, spiritual connection, and time with animals, family, and friends.
What energizes me most is witnessing others thrive. Whether you're an athlete navigating performance anxiety, a student rediscovering motivation, or a professional facing high demands, I use an integrative, collaborative approach to support growth, resilience, and clarity.
Through individual therapy, performance coaching, mentorship, and team workshops, I guide high-functioning individuals in refining mental skills, reconnecting with their values, and optimizing performance and wellbeing.
Because I believe life’s most meaningful progress happens with Collaborative Minds.
